The China-U.S. talks are taking place in Alaska on Thursday. One group likely to be watching events closely are U.S. farmers.

They were severely impacted by the recent trade dispute between the two countries.

But agriculture is nowsurging thanks, in part, to the phase one trade agreementsignedlast year.
